CEA ROLE SUMMARY

NPAG has grown significantly since its founding in 2002, with accelerated growth in the last two years. This growth and success presents a need for a Client Engagement Administrator (CEA) to provide administrative and project management support to one of our homeroom teams led by our CEO.

This position will be a part of NPAG’s Core Support/Operations Team and report directly to CEO Katherine Jacobs. The CEA will support Executive Office responsibilities, administrative duties, client engagements, and her homeroom team with project management, scheduling, client communications, and development and delivery of client materials. This role will require a detailed understanding of Katherine’s portfolio of work, and the CEA will be an active team member of those client engagements. The CEA will assist Katherine in organizational-wide activities, in addition to developing and managing project timelines and work directly with clients to coordinate complex interview schedules and other critical meetings per established project plans. This role will also provide support to Katherine and her homeroom team with facilitation (both technical and administrative) support during key client meetings, help to finalize and prepare client materials for delivery, and assist with sensitive client, candidate, and team communications. The CEA will spend about 70% of their time supporting client engagements and the homeroom, about 15% of time on Executive Office duties, and about 15% of time on administrative duties. The distribution of time spent in one of these categories will fluctuate depending on quarterly priorities.

The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, multi-tasker, be able to prioritize and manage tasks in a dynamic environment, take pride in providing the highest quality of client and team support, act nimbly and productively to meet shifting priorities and tight timelines, and be an active member of an amazing team who is passionate about the work we do. Additionally, they will have the ability to quickly gain a strong working knowledge of service offerings, team capabilities, and business development acumen to support the NPAG enterprise.

This is a full-time (35-hour standard work week), W-2 position. Candidates must be able to work effectively from home/remotely. In a client services organization like NPAG, our work is often immediate, time compressed, and driven by client needs. Candidates must be willing to provide support outside of one’s standard business hours as needed. However, our organization values a strong work/life balance and allows for individuals to craft a work schedule that matches their needs within the guidelines of being able to effectively support team, candidate, and client schedules and deliverables.

Given this CEA role will hold additional executive and administrative duties, the compensation for this position will be $70,000-$75,000/year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include an annual bonus, 401K plan with employer matching, a health reimbursement plan (ICHRA), 3 weeks of vacation, paid holidays, and end of year office closure.
