The Psychologist performs psychological assessment and administration and implementation across 4 milieu-based treatment programs within an Intensive Behavioral Assessment Group Living Environment (IBAGLE).
Conduct record reviews and comprehensive assessment reports including psychological testing that delineates risk factors and risk management strategies for Persons diagnosed with mental health issues who engage in problematic sexual behavior currently or by history.
Advise IBAGLE staff regarding risk management and treatment needs of Persons.
Provide milieu-based individual and group treatment to Persons residing at the IBAGLE.
Provide training to IBAGLE staff on issues related to Persons receiving treatment for Mental Illness/Problematic Sexual Behavior.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders involved with the Persons’ treatment to obtain additional information, share observations regarding changes to risk factors, facilitate integrated treatment planning, and review treatment outcomes.
Document assessments, treatment plans, and clinical outcome data for each Person in a thorough and timely manner and in compliance with agency standards.
Contribute to the development of safety and treatment plans via the selection of interventions suitable for use in the service setting and provide staff with training and coaching regarding the effective implementation of interventions.

Current and valid registration as a Psychologist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Psychology.
Two years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional experience as a Licensed Psychologist in the application of psychological principles and techniques.
At least one year of experience in the assessment and treatment of persons with MI/PSB issues.
Demonstrated knowledge of sexual disorders, sexual deviance, and sexual offending behavior.
Demonstrated ability to recognize symptoms of sexual disorders, mental disorders, emotional disorders, or substance abuse disorders, to interact with people who are experiencing varying levels of distress and dysfunction, and to analyze psychological data, draw conclusions, and make appropriate recommendations.
Demonstrated expertise in the timely and accurate documentation of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and progress notes.
Demonstrated professional communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in word processing and other computer functions using Windows, Word, and Google Email and Apps.
Ability to climb stairs and carry up to 30 pounds.
Use of personal cell phone for work purposes.
