Assistant Director ($7,500/year) works directly with Director [Director ($15,000/year) trains/hires all operational and production staff and coordinates all duties; creates productions and projects and approves participants; writes funding proposals and related follow-up reports; plans for and initiates activities for corporate longevity, local and international including aggressive placement of Telepoetics products, projects and services; manages the Telepoetics office].

Production Director ($7,500/year) works directly with Director and/or Assistant Director to implement productions/events/services and book venues and talent; to coordinate production staff; to act as production liaison between Telepoetics, venues and talent; to write up production requirements to be distributed to all production staff, talent, venues and Telepoetics Director; to draft with Financial/Legal Director feasible contract market plan regarding Telepoetics productions, events and services.

Publicity Director ($7,500/year) works directly with Director and/or Assistant Director to write and distribute press releases to print and broacast media in home and other venue cities; to prepare and distbiute mailings in home and other venue cities; to contact and represent Telepoetics to the press; to write production material for outreach and utilization purposes; to write and oversee the production of promotional literature of Telepoetics and of each production.

Financial/Legal Director ($7,500/year) works directly with Director and/or Assistant Director to keep the corporate books in accordance with tax, legal and grant requirements; prepares and files required tax filings; writes feasibility studies, business plans, other documents required to advance Telepoetics projects.
