About OCNA

The Ovarian Cancer National Alliance is a non-profit organization working at the national level to increase public and professional understanding of ovarian cancer and to advocate for increased research for more effective diagnostics and treatment. OCNA is looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic intern who possesses or seeks a working knowledge of women's health advocacy.

Job Description

Working closely with the Executive and Assistant Directors, this position provides inside exposure to the issues faced by a non-profit advocacy group. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) handling consumer correspondence, data entry, statistics and information gathering, outreach and representing the Alliance at meetings.
