VOLUNTEERS WELCOME ON THE HUDSON RIVER SLOOP CLEARWATER

The Hudson River Sloop Clearwater is looking for weekly volunteers starting in April. Clearwater,Inc., is a non-profit, environmental education organization working to restore and protect the Hudson River and adjoining waterways. Since 1969 it has operated the 106' replica of a 19th century sloop, the Clearwater offering education programs along the Hudson River from Albany to New York Harbor.

AMAZING ADVENTURES AWAIT YOU ON THE HUDSON

Each week of the sailing season (April to October) six volunteers live aboard the Clearwater or Mystic Whaler (spring season. YOU are needed!!!! Volunteers eat and sleep on board the vessel and help the crew to educate people about our waterways and ecology. They are an integral part to the success of the program.
