College Park Aviation Museum

Curatorial intern needed for small aviation museum in College Park, Maryland. Requirements: student interested in museum practice, collections management, public history, aviation, or related fields, to assist Curator of Collections. Internship will entail projects such as cataloguing collection, rehousing historic objects, photographing the collection, updating computer database (MS Access), creating temporary exhibits, and historic research. Due to size of museum, intern will have the ability to advance the professionalism of the collection and have an impact on the museum's progress toward AAM accreditation.
